So what’s involved? Just follow these steps:
- Web Application – Fill out an application with an overview of your company (including financials) and upload an Investor Power Point presentation.
- Initial review – Logan Angels will review your application and if it is within our scope and of interest to our organization you will be invited to a prescreening.
- Pre-Screen Presentation – You will be invited to deliver your ten-minute presentation to a small group of Angels who will ask questions typical of Angel investors and give you constructive feedback on your presentation. If you pass the prescreen you will be invited to the next stage.
- Three companies undertake their 10-minute presentations followed by 20 minutes of Q&A and a further 10 minutes of discussion (the discussion is for angels only). If there is interest in your business, you will be advised immediately, and a deal lead will be assigned.
- Due Diligence – This is coordinated by the deal lead. They will verify information about your company, speak with customers, review any patents or agreements, check references and background and generally ensure the deal is solid. They will post their findings online for the interested members to review. If their results are positive the venture moves to the next stage.
- Funding – The deal lead and admin prepare documentation for investors who are ready and willing to invest in your company.
